The Art and Whimsy of Mo Willems opened at the New-York Historical Society this past weekend, and we made sure to celebrate with lots of exciting activities! Families that dropped by on the weekend learned how to draw the Pigeon, build their own imaginative wire sculptures, and even meet Elephant and Piggie! Check out photos below!
If you missed out on all the fun this past weekend, not to worry! School Vacation Week this spring at the New-York Historical Society, April 23 – May 1, will be all about Mo Willems. There’ll be exciting crafts and story time all week long. Plus Elephant and Piggie will be back to pose for photos and say hello to their fans of all ages on Saturday, April 23 and April 30!
